ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams at our travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will ensure exceptional customer service, train new hires, and enforce cash handling policies and food-safety standards to maintain brand integrity.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, operating the POS system, cross-selling, and maintaining product knowledge while upholding a courteous, proactive approach with travelers.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
