Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will oversee team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You’ll train new hires, manage cash handling with accuracy, and coordinate opening, running, and closing procedures while delivering a positive guest experience.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift activities and supervise team members.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety rules.
• Report observations or issues to plaza leadership.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
