Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team on shift, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies. You will train new hires, monitor cash handling, and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately.

The role requires strong cash handling, customer service experience, and leadership capabilities to energize the team and maintain smooth plaza operations.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and enforce brand standards.
