Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operation, and maintaining product quality and appearance across the plaza. The role requires standing for extended periods and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
