Applegreen is seeking an Assistant Plaza Director to support the Plaza Director in operating a high-volume travel plaza along a major highway. You will drive daily operations, staff leadership, and profitability while ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards.

You will recruit and develop teams, monitor performance against goals, and collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, and Finance to sustain growth and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication to manage diverse teams.
• Experience in restaurant or retail leadership is expected.
• Ability to manage costs and maintain quality standards.
