You will work closely with the Plaza Director to manage day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team of associates and managers.

The role emphasizes achieving financial targets, maintaining brand standards, and cultivating an engaging work culture with ongoing staff development and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Restaurant/retail leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work on-site ~50 hours/week including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand and lift up to 20 lbs; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plaza Director in day-to-day operations and profitability of a multi-million-dollar travel plaza.
• Lead associates and plaza leadership to meet sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards and food quality.
• Monitor progress toward financial targets and support strategic changes to maximize performance.
• Ensure all food/beverage concepts adhere to brand standards.
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and staff development.
• Recruit and retain strong teams and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
