Job summary

Applegreen Group is seeking a General Manager for a QSR located inside a travel plaza. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet financial and performance targets.

You will hire, coach, train, and manage staff, ensure brand standards and food safety, and collaborate with partners to optimize guest experience and operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level management experience in a QSR.
• Able to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the QSR team to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Manage budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
