Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a General Manager for a on-site QSR in a travel plaza network. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, coach a frontline team, and ensure brand standards and food safety across the unit.

Ideal candidates bring multi-tasking leadership, payroll and inventory experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff; resolves issues effectively.
• Strong judgment and discretion for non-routine questions.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient computer skills and store systems experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to meet sales, service, brand standards, and food safety targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls, labor, cost of goods, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; hire, train, coach, and develop team.
• Handle cash procedures and staffing levels; address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
