Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers seeks a General Manager for a high-volume QSR located in a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet financial and quality targets.

Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, and food safety, while championing a culture of learning and accountability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Candidates with Supervisory experience in QSR favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced QSR management is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to meet or exceed sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster a learning, development, and recognition culture.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Enforce cash handling policies and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally to maintain strong relationships.
