Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a team to deliver top-line results while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor or manager experience in quick service.
• Ability to work flexible on-site schedule (~50 hours/week).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in controlling costs and maintaining brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily QSR operations to meet sales, service, and quality targets.
• Manage budgets, inventory, labor, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
• Maintain compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive work culture.
