Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit manager in a QSR.
• Willing to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours weekly, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; frequently lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet sales, service, quality, and safety targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging culture with learning, development, and recognition.
