ApplegreenUSA is seeking a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza. You will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive profitability while meeting brand standards and food safety goals.

The role requires managing budgets, controlling costs, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation, and issue resolution; multi-tasking.
• Judgment and discretion to resolve non-routine issues.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Proficient computer skills; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Manage budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging, learning-oriented work culture with recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, and manage disciplinary actions for the QSR team.
• Monitor cash handling policies and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
