Applegreen is seeking a General Manager for a QSR location inside a travel plaza. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, maintain brand standards, and lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will manage budgets, food safety, and staff development while collaborating with internal partners to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role requires on-site availability across shifts and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Available to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day QSR operations to meet sales, service, and quality targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls, and labor costs.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met.
• Foster a positive, engaging work culture with development opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a strong QSR team.
• Hire, train, and discipline staff as needed.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
