Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exclude candidates with adverse licensure history; limited time-off policy.
• No radius rule; local and traveling candidates receive the same pay rate.

• 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred

• BLS certification from an approved vendor required

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Physical Therapy unit setting
• Day shift, 8-10 hour workdays starting at 7:00, 8:00, or 8:30 AM
• Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function
• Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Completes evaluations and establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques
• Supervises assigned assistants
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions where applicable
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered
• Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered
• No radius rule applies; local candidates receive the same pay rate as traveling candidates
