Job summary

Blue Magnolias is seeking a motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our travel team in Albuquerque. You will bridge client experiences with our promoted destinations, building premium partnerships with hotels, resorts, and tourism boards.

You’ll manage multiple partnerships, negotiate opportunities, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing and sales to design destination-specific campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sales and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of global destinations, hospitality standards, and tourism trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, attractions, and tourism boards.
• Negotiate agreements and partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings.
• Monitor destination trends, new experiences, and market developments.
