Core responsibilities include negotiating partnerships, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with marketing and sales to tailor campaigns. A strong CRM/Office toolset and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sales and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of global destinations, hospitality standards, and tourism trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
