Job summary

Blue Magnolias is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our travel team. You will build partnerships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and tourism boards, acting as the bridge between clients’ experiences and promoted destinations.

In this role, you will negotiate agreements, monitor trends, and collaborate with marketing and sales to design campaigns while ensuring accurate destination information and premium service for every client.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sales and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for long-term relationships.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of global destinations and tourism trends.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
