Job summary

World Travel, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to build capabilities across Operations teams. You will assess, train, coach, and develop frontline employees with emphasis on corporate travel expertise, operational readiness, and system proficiency.

You will partner with Operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, and subject matter experts to ensure learners have the knowledge and confidence needed to perform well from onboarding through ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel and travel operations is required.
• Strong instructional design and delivery skills are essential.
• Ability to assess learning needs and develop targeted training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and blended learning for Operations staff.
• Support onboarding and new hire training to ensure production readiness.
• Assess learner progress via exercises, simulations, and knowledge checks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to identify development needs.
