Based at VVHQ in Plantation, FL, this hybrid role involves collaborating days on-site and remote days on Mondays and Fridays, with travel as needed to ships or corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 3+ years in HR, leadership, or talent development.
• Experience leading end-to-end development initiatives for defined employee groups (e.g., managers, emerging leaders, or new hires).
• Experience designing and facilitating engaging workshops for all levels from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Experience leveraging digital platforms through LMS and third party platforms to build structured development pathways.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, performance-based learning models, and behavior change principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise learning programs, ensuring planning, coordination, communication, and execution.
• Adapt facilitation techniques to meet learner needs while maintaining objectives and standards.
• Serve as the lead facilitator for enterprise learning initiatives and high-profile events.
• Mentor and coach facilitators, providing feedback to uphold facilitation standards.
