Job summary

World Travel, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to build capabilities across Operations teams, focusing on corporate travel expertise, system proficiency, and hands-on coaching.

You will partner with Operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, and SMEs to identify skill gaps, design programs, deliver training, and support employees from onboarding through ongoing development in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel, travel operations, training, coaching, learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry processes, systems, workflows, and customer service.
• Ability to facilitate diverse learning experiences for employees with varying experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and blended learning programs for Operations staff.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire training for production environments.
• Assess learner progress with exercises, simulations, and knowledge checks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders to assess candidate readiness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on travel industry processes, systems, workflows, and operational best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training materials, learning resources, assessments, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, performance trends, and business needs.
