Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking a Travel Team Manager to lead operational travel processes for our team in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive efficiency, ensure on-time, budget-conscious travel, and oversee a skilled travel group.

You will negotiate with vendors, manage officer budgets, and coordinate end-to-end travel for consultants while promoting process improvements and cross-team collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in travel coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of travel coordination and management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of business travel, vendor management and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day travel operations ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective arrangements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing travel team including hiring and performance feedback.
• Oversee travel planning, policy interpretation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve cross-team communication.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and providers for optimal pricing and availability.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel for consultants including itineraries and arrangements.
• Track travel budgets, reconcile invoices, and obtain approvals for exceptions.
• Drive technology and process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and travel regulations.
