Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Global Travel Operations Specialist to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of our global travel program. You will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, managing travel systems, vendor performance, and program execution with data, automation, and AI to boost efficiency and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hospitality-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with travel vendors and partners and drive data-driven improvements.
• Experience with Concur Travel and other booking platforms; familiarity with AI-enabled tools in travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive delivery of the corporate travel program, liaising between internal stakeholders and external partners.
