Key duties include lead generation, outbound promotions for travel and insurance products, handling inquiries, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic workplace technology.
• Ability to multitask and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide information, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies and products, balance cash drawer, and handle remittance/deposits.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods and assist branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
