Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Carrollwood, FL, is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote memberships, and handle travel and insurance product information. You’ll support the team with inquiries, lead generation, and servicing transactions in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology that supports customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance information, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and products, balance the cash drawer, and handle remittance transfers.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance staff and participate in branch goals.
