Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote memberships and travel products, and support sales goals. This in-office role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Based at our Ocala branch, you will handle payments, assist with travel and insurance products, and provide admin support during peak periods while advancing your career within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and workplace software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and help resolve complaints; refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies, products, and travel, and balance cash drawer.
