Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative in Ocala, FL. This in‑person role focuses on greeting members, promoting AAA products, and driving satisfaction and sales while contributing to long‑term career growth.

Responsibilities include member service, lead generation, troubleshooting, cashiering, and providing support to travel and insurance sales staff. A high school diploma and customer‑focused experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely solutions
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and workplace tech
• Multitask and prioritize to meet office and customer service goals

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products
• Generate leads and promotions; provide travel information and outbound calls for insurance/travel products
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, escalate when needed
• Process payments for policies and travel products; manage remittance transfers and cash drawer
• Provide administrative support to sales staff and assist branch goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
