Job summary

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc. is seeking a remote call center agent to strengthen member relationships through inbound and outbound interactions. You will promote memberships, credit card offers, and other club products using consultative selling techniques.

Training is full-time and paid, with hours 8:00am–5:30pm EST for 13 weeks, followed by morning/afternoon shifts. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, with potential for incentive-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses for selling Auto Club Group products.
• Minimum: 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a fast-paced computer-automated environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to multitask.
• Basic PC navigation, Internet, email usage, and multi-application switching required.

Responsibilities

• Handle membership inquiries and resolve on first call.
• Promote memberships, credit cards, and other club products.
• Use consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
• Support membership sales initiatives via campaigns and member interactions.
• Assist members with information requests including directions, attractions, hotels, weather, and discounts.
• Process cross-over support during disaster situations as needed.
• Meet performance metrics including calls, schedule adherence, and sales targets.
