Job summary

IQVIA is seeking MedTech Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead teams installing, updating and servicing medical devices across hospitals in the United States. This 100% travel role demands travel locally, regionally, and nationally with a 40-hour base weekly schedule and overtime as needed.

You will troubleshoot, configure hardware/software, document test results, and maintain high-quality service records while supporting hospital staff and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 3–5 years field experience.
• Active/unrestricted driver license and own vehicle for local work.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Ability to clear hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, install/configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Submit daily data and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week with travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Travel with assignment-based schedule and overtime as needed.
