Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Full-Time Roving Maintenance Technician to support Portland/Vancouver properties. You will travel to assigned sites, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and curb appeal while coordinating with community managers.

Must have at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, basic trades knowledge, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This role offers 40 hours weekly, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned sites within the region and perform maintenance tasks.
• Support Community Managers to meet property management obligations.
• Keep properties in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff; manage work orders and reports.
