Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Fir Grove, Portland, OR. You will support the Community Manager by maintaining safety, curb appeal, and timely property repairs across three communities.

The role requires at least 1 year in property maintenance, own tools, a valid driver's license, and strong communication in English. Work hours are 40 per week, Mon–Fri, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least 1 year of work experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Must own or have access to tools and transportation for job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Assist Community Manager by maintaining property and curb appeal.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and Guardian policies.
• Prioritize and complete work orders and routine property maintenance.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to provide resident service.
• Keep accurate records of time, space conditions, and reports.
• Comply with OSHA, Guardian policies and safety rules.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance priorities.
