Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeks a Maintenance Technician for our roving team. You will maintain buildings and grounds, perform routine maintenance in residential units, and repair electrical and plumbing systems across properties.

Expect property inspections and occasional Capex projects, plus after-hours calls per policy. Two years' apartment maintenance experience is expected; EPA certification is required; you must have personal tools and a vehicle, and be willing to travel and work

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance/facilities experience.
• Experience in multifamily residential property management.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• EPA Certification required.
• Possession of personal tools and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of building and grounds during assignment period.
• Regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas.
• Repair electrical, plumbing and other systems in units.
• Inspect property, including vacant units, move-ins and housekeeping.
• Assist with Capex projects and respond to after-hour emergencies.
