Job summary

Income Property Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of properties in Portland, OR. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM, with a wage of $29-$35 per hour and a $50 monthly cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws.
• Good verbal and written communication; proficiency with cell phone usage (calls, email, texts).
• Safely and effectively use power tools including a skill saw, power drill, and Sawzall.
