Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility in Sioux Falls, SD. Requires 1+ year of experience and BLS certification. On-site role with 8- or 12-hour shifts, 6am-6:30pm, every other weekend/holiday.

• Accepts local candidates within 80 miles at a lower rate

Responsibilities

• Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility post-acute care setting
• Current unit census is 42 beds
• Patient ratios vary, from 1:21 up to 1:42 on days
• Patient population consists of elderly individuals with multiple diagnoses
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system
• Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available, scheduled 6am-6:30pm
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
