Responsibilities

• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system
• 12-hour day shifts from 5a–5p with various shift patterns
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation coverage
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Occasional overtime may be available
• Provide skilled nursing care within a post-acute setting
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
• 80-mile radius local placement rule
