American Traveler is seeking an LPN for a long-term care facility in North Dakota. This role covers night shifts in a 39-bed facility, caring for residents with dementia, Parkinson's, and mood disorders, using PCC EMR. Requires 2+ years of experience, current BLS, LPN license (if applicable), and a valid driver's license.

Travel and licensure reimbursements are included. Open positions: 1. References from within the last 3 years and within 12 months from a supervisor are required.

• Two professional references (last 12 months supervisor, last 3 years peer/supervisor)

Responsabilités

• Post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with 39 beds
• Care for residents with dementia, Parkinson's, and MDD
• Patient ratio 1:39
• Uses PCC EMR
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every third weekend and every third holiday, including Christmas
• Provide skilled nursing care for residents with cognitive/mood diagnoses
• Local candidates within 80-mile radius
• 2-week notice for cancellation
