Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing unit. Requires BLS and 1+ year of experience. Attractive benefits and housing/travel options are included.

Position features day/evening and night shifts, 40 hours weekly, and no on-call. Local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at adjusted rates; orientation is provided.

Qualifications

LPN license valid and current
BLS certification current

Two professional references with dates and rehire eligibility

Responsibilities

Work in a post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility (78 beds)
Care for general LTC population including some short-term patients
Patient ratios 1:20 days/evenings and 1:40 nights
EMR used is EPIC
Evening and night shifts available: 3pm-11:30pm (8h) and 7pm-7:30am (12h)
Every other weekend and half of holidays required
40 hours guaranteed per week
No on-call or call-back requirements
Orientation provided
Local candidates within 80 miles may be considered
Local candidates accepted at adjusted rate

Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
Driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, both including employment dates and rehire eligibility
