Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• Two professional references (supervisor within 12 months; peer or supervisor within 3 years) with dates of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a post-acute long-term care/skilled nursing facility with 58 beds.
• LTC/SNF unit caring for geriatric patients with common LTC diagnoses.
• Patient ratio of 1:15.
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR.
• 12-hour night shifts with variable 8s or 12s schedules.
• Every other to every third weekend required.
• Holiday coverage as needed.
• No on-call or call-back requirements.
• Provide direct patient care for geriatric long-term care residents.
• Location-specific orientation includes arriving 1 hour before shift for building orientation with shadowing when possible.
• Accepts local candidates within 80-mile radius at a reduced rate.
• Two week's notice required for cancellation.
