Shifts include 8- and 12-hour rotations; day and evening coverage with every other weekend and holiday. PCC EMR is used for documentation, and local candidates within 80 miles may be considered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required where applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• PCC EMR experience preferred.
• Driver's license required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with 42 beds.
• Care for LTC/memory care/dementia and orthopedic patients with no behavioral risks.
• Staffing ratio: 2 nurses days/evenings, 1 nurse nights.
• Uses PCC EMR for charting and documentation.
• 8- and 12-hour shifts; day and evening schedules.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday may be required.
• Orientation on building layout and lift equipment (2–4 hours).
• Local candidates within 80 miles may be considered; first-time travelers welcome.

• Patient population includes a mix of LTC, memory care, dementia, and orthopedic diagnoses with no current behavioral risks
• Staffing ratio of 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse during nights
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including day (6a-2p or 6a-6p) and evening (2p-10p) schedules
• Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required
• Facility-specific orientation covering building layout and lift equipment, approximately 2-4 hours
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility may be considered local
• First-time travelers may be considered
