Job summary

TeamLINX in Salt Lake City is seeking a Full Time Foreman/Lead Crew Worker to lead a team on hyperscale data center and commercial construction sites. You will own daily execution of low voltage and fiber scopes, supervise 10–20 technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Compensation is hourly, $30.00–$38.00, commensurate with experience. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will train crew members, plan workforce, coordinate materials, and maintain strong client relations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role such as Lead Technician or Foreman.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OCI).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial sites.
• Handle workforce planning for projects — crew scheduling, labor tracking, timesheets.
• Train technicians in installation methods, test equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and address personnel issues on-site and escalate when appropriate.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling and fiber scopes; monitor progress against schedule.
• Manage MACs, scope changes, and documentation flow to PM/Estimating.
• Oversee on-site materials management and deliveries.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and GCs.
