Responsibilities

• End-to-End Travel Operations: manage the travel lifecycle for crews, optimize bookings, and ensure policy compliance.
• Incident Command & Escalation: coordinate with Superintendents and safety teams on high-priority incidents.
• Systems & Process Ownership: maintain and improve the Smartsheet travel system and related workflows.
• Pass-off documentation: ensure clear and actionable handoffs between shift coordinators.
