GeoStabilization International (GSI) is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to drive a frictionless pre-boarding experience for new hires across multiple programs. You will manage cohorts up to 25 per week, leverage Greenhouse, HireRight, and LMS tools, and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, IT, and operations to ensure accurate records and smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in a support/admin role; HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-boarding process for cohorts up to 25 per week with zero gaps.
• Leverage HR technologies like Greenhouse, HireRight, and LMS platforms.
• Interact with candidates to explain the process and tasks required.
• Serve as first line of support in the onboarding inbox and route questions promptly.
• Partner withTalent Acquisition, HR, payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with construction leadership for front-line hires and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate new hire records and ensure data quality downstream.
• Assist with onboarding change initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.
• Deliver weekly orientation classes with IT, L&D, and travel teams.
