Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support geohazard construction projects across North America. You will help plan, manage, and execute scope, schedule and budget, collaborating with engineers, geotechnical specialists, and field teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, field coordination, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and MS Office. A PMP-type credential is a plus, and the position offers a path to growth within a leading

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, ideally geotechnical/geohazard.
Familiar with geotechnical principles and PM processes.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera and MS Office.
PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Support project planning and scheduling to keep timelines and budgets on track.
Coordinate communication between engineering, construction, clients and partners.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and compliance records.
Assist with procurement and logistics for timely material delivery.
Monitor progress, anticipate issues and help resolve to keep projects moving.
Organize site visits and assist with field data collection for assessments.
