What You'll Own

End-to-End Travel Operations

You manage the complete travel lifecycle for crews across multiple jobsites. From coordinating last-minute logistical changes to debugging automation failures, you're accountable for accuracy and timeliness. You'll work within a Global Distribution System (GDS), making judgment calls on bookings, cost optimization, and policy compliance.

Incident Command & Escalation

When high-priority exceptions hit—missed flights, vehicle damage, safety incidents—you become the point person who coordinates with Superintendents and safety teams to resolve them. You'll develop judgment about what requires immediate escalation versus what you can resolve independently.

Systems & Process Ownership

You maintain and optimize our Travel Request system（Smartsheet）, flagging bottlenecks, errors, and improvement opportunities. You're expected to spot patterns and suggest process refinements that increase accuracy and reduce manual work.

You ensure seamless handoffs between shift coordinators. Your pass-off documentation is clear, complete, and actionable—a model of ownership and communication.

US pay range for this role.

$21 — $26 USD
