Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to own the new hire experience—from pre-boarding through the ramp-up period. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, IT, and other teams to ensure a smooth, compliant process and a positive first impression for every new hire.

This role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and comfort with HR systems such as Greenhouse, HireRight, and LMS.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 0-4 years of experience in a support/admin role; HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-boarding process for new hire classes.
• Leverage HR technologies like Greenhouse, HireRight, and LMS systems.
• Interact with candidates to help them understand the process and complete tasks.
• Be the first line of support in the onboarding inbox and route questions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, IT and other key areas.
• Interact with construction leadership to update on progress and move candidates forward.
• Maintain accurate new hire records and data systems; ensure downstream data integrity.
• Support onboarding change initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and embed culture.
• Deliver weekly orientation classes with IT, L&D, and travel to ramp new hires.
