Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Master Scheduling Lead to drive enterprise-level project planning and field travel coordination across its infrastructure repair portfolio. The role focuses on resource optimization, schedule stability, and field productivity, owning planning independently without direct reports.

The Lead guides the end-to-end scheduling lifecycle from sales handoff to project close, targeting 2–4 weeks before start for stability, and building systems and tools

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or operations.
• Experience managing complex multi-project portfolios at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and evaluating new planning tools.
• Strong understanding of resource planning across crafts, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial impact reports.
• Exceptional facilitation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level project planning and field travel coordination across the portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end scheduling lifecycle from sales handoff through project close.
• Target non-urgent projects for stable start dates with 1 month planning and 2 weeks lock.
• Maintain portfolio view with real-time resource constraints and interdependencies.
• Develop and maintain a pre-qualified flex resource bench for schedule recovery.
• Lead daily standups with Master Schedulers and Travel Services to resolve conflicts.
• Partner in design of a next-gen dynamic scheduling tool and define multi-project views.
• Develop scheduling KPIs and financial impact dashboards for leadership.
• Document scheduling best practices and templates for repeatable execution.
