Job summary

MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC in Carrollton, TX is hiring an IT Field Services Technician to deliver advanced onsite and field-based IT support across multiple practice locations and HQ. You will deploy, configure, and support servers, desktops, and network devices, perform onsite assessments, and act as Tier 3 escalation for the Service Desk.

The role requires frequent travel, after-hours availability, and strong hands-on expertise across Windows, macOS, and enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications

4+ years of IT Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure roles.
Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
Experience supporting users onsite across multiple locations.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Field Services & Deployment: Deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at practices and HQ.
Onsite IT Assessments: Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments of infrastructure, hardware, software, and security.
Onsite Support & Field Coverage: Provide on-site support for local and remote sites; travel frequently.
Advanced & Tier 3 Support: Act as Tier 3 escalation for the Service Desk; resolve complex issues.
Server & Virtual Infrastructure Support: Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP; assist with VM provisioning and maintenance.
Documentation & Process Improvement: Write documentation, SOPs, and track changes.
On-Call & After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours and weekend support.
