Provide on-site support at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Be the on-site technical expert for desktops, networks, and applications.
Serve as field escalation point for Tier 2 End User Support.
Diagnose and repair hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and network equipment.
Document incidents and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
Build strong working relationships with practice staff for on-site support.
