Job summary

Zurich Cover-More’s Travel Guard team is seeking an energetic customer service professional to help customers understand travel insurance offerings and confidently choose coverage. In our World Service Center, you’ll apply a consultative sales approach, listening to travelers’ plans and recommending the best insurance products.

You will answer calls, document interactions with precision, and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve skills in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
