Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes or alternative infusion sites. You will operate under close supervision, following a physician’s plan of care while ensuring timely documentation and billing accuracy.

You will assess patient needs at visits, educate families, and coordinate with the clinical team to adjust treatments as required. A valid RN license and CPR certification are essential, and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with common computer software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care in home or infusion site.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care and medications.
• Document visits in real time for billing and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with Clinical team and physicians for changes in plan of care.
