Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse I to deliver in-home infusion care under physician plans of care. The role involves direct patient care with close supervision, travel to patient homes as needed, and active documentation during visits.

Requirements include an active RN license, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are also needed for coordinating care and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents care and changes.
• Provides patient teaching to achieve independence with prescribed therapy and care needs.
• Communicates with Clinical team and physicians to ensure continuity and timely billing documentation.
